Conditions of payment and security.
Europa Real Estate Crete practises a system of payment which is designed to give the buyer the highest security. It is based on a simple routine throughout the entire purchase and building process; the payment is made when delivery has taken place. As an example, the ownership of land is being transferred in the name of the buyer at the first payment.
Further instalments are paid after specific documented deliveries along the building process. Europa Real Estate Crete has delivered hundreds of houses without any conflicts, and always kept its obligations of delivery.
